What is RepTail's return policy?
RepTail stands behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

How do I become a RepTail reseller?
To become a reseller, you must agree to the terms and conditions outlined by RepTail for selling our products either online or offline.
How can I place a trade order with RepTail?
Orders can be placed via phone or email. Once your order is received, RepTail will send you a digital invoice, including delivery costs.
What if the items I want to order are not in stock?
If some items are out of stock, RepTail will inform you about lead times and can either send available items immediately or wait until all items are in stock.
What are the accepted trade payment methods?
Payments can be made via BACS, cheque, or credit card (note: there is a 3% surcharge for credit card payments).
What are the delivery details?
Delivery is initiated once payment has cleared, usually within a week. Charges vary based on the weight and size of the order.
What is the pricing structure for resellers?
Prices are listed in UK Sterling, and any agreed discounts will be reflected in both your order form and invoice. Note that prices may fluctuate due to currency and supply chain factors.
What are the requirements for opening and re-orders?
Initial orders must be paid within 14 days of delivery. For subsequent orders, a minimum value of £1000 (excluding VAT) is required.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations can be made within 48 hours of placing the order via email.

What is the policy on damaged, defective, or unwanted items?
